Does FMS have a password lockout?

Just had our bursar email me saying she has locked herself out of FMS.

 

I didn't think FMS had a password lockout.

 

Does FMS have a password lockout?

Not that I know of but I think that translates to I forgot my password.

 

Or another thought is ess release complex passwords in its versions releases. Maybe it’s a symptom if the password doesn’t meet minimum requirement it just locks you out.

I've recently seen that the exams module needs a more complex password. Could be that? Can they log into normal SIMS fine?

Well she typed her password into FMS today and it logged in. So all good now.
