Inventry email alert - image being blocked

Hi ,

 

Pictures of visitors are no longer showing in email alerts generated by Inventry , it started this week. The sending email address has been added to out white list, we are using O365 .

Has any one else experienced this issue ?

or

Any suggestions on where the setting could be located ?

Its not getting blocked , the IP address I'm testing with is not filtered.

So what happend when you open the url associated with the embedded photo?

I don't know how long the links stay "live", I know the links for my guests over a week ago no longer show photos.

 

If this is for recent visitors it looks like you'd need to take it up with Inventry, as it isn't an O365 problem.
