HP 800 G3 - M.2 / NVME drives

I'm looking at installing some M.2 / NVME drives into some of our Support machines as we use them for testing VMs.

 

I was wondering if the HP 800 G3s can only take up to 1Tb M.2 / NVME drives as per the documentation http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05386798.pdf - Page 11 of the document (Page 19 of the whole PDF).

Shouldn't be a limit, that's just a list of the OEM parts

I bet @ICTDirect_Dave would know as they've probably refurbished thousands of them.

Can't see there being an issue with any given size of NVMe drive to be fair.

They're an older machine now so the range of options probably peaked at 1TB.
