We have an exciting opportunity for an experience Senior IT Support Technician to provide first-class, customer focused IT support across a diverse and challenging range of technology. You will be working as part of a team of IT professionals and will be working closely with the IT Support Manager to provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support to the entire organisation. This role requires a high level of technical understanding and troubleshooting skills.

The ideal applicant will be a flexible, strong team player with a can-do attitude. You will have strong technical knowledge in IT Technologies, including Microsoft 365 administration, Microsoft Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
