Remote desktop stopped working for windows

Hi all

 

For windows devices our RDP has stopped working with below error

 

Remote desktop connection – The digital signature of this RDP File cannot be verified

 

I have checked and seems to work from apple devices but windows devices keep getting above error. I have checked certs and cant see anything Obvious.

 

have followed below even though it seems its for apps only but certificate says not configured if i follow the below

Hi,

 

What Windows are you running? There is an issue with Windows 11 22H2 that does not allow remote. This is fixed by a simple Reg add.

Its mainly windows 10 22H2 and some slightly older version, no windows 11 yet

Also to add this is mainly for LGFL, when users go to freedom2roam, it shows server is just reconnecting and doesnt go further. We have another server and that works fine. Not sure if there is a link between these 2.

Did you figure it out? On friday half of our servers and even my local workstation/laptop stopped accepting logins, it just says the login failed - originally I poo poo'd because I thought someone had hacked the admin password - but logging on locally via VMware worked fine, plus if I reboot the machine I am using to connect from, it'll let me reconnect but randomly it seems to stop working again. Baffled as to what is causing it we did swap the PSU in a faulty switch around the time it started happening but I really can't see how the two would be related

Sorry forlate reply we just got this working on monday!

 

Yes it was LGFL issue, wasn't aware we can regenerate new RDP file for our servers. Soon as i downloaded newer version that worked fine.

 

Didnt answer why freedom to roam doesn't work as that doesn't use RDP file but
