Updated Chrome Policy Templates now causing error opening GPO's

Just updated my central store with more upto date policy files and now when opening all GPO's I get the below error.

 

 

Any ideas how to fix?

In case it was another setting I've updated my Windows 10 ADMX templates to the 22H2 versions, but the issue remains so guess it's something to do with that specific Google ADMX file :/
