Facility CMIS

Is there anyone here who remembers Facility CMIS and how to use it? I'm in a role where CMIS was used a few years ago, data then migrated to 3Sys/PASS and now using iSAMS.

 

To do a bit of a tidy up I want to extract a list of all the students from every academic year to see whether they exist in current iSAMS or previous 3Sys/PASS. I can see various reports set up but nothing that says export to excel/csv.

 

Any help much appreciated.

Easiest method imho: Run Report, Right Click, Exporting, Export, Clipboard, Paste into Excel

Ok, another test can you set a report to include all students ever or does it only work by Academic Year?

You'll need to run it per dataset - and remember to include Leavers

You could possibly knock some SQL up to get it all in one go - but given the structure of the tables, might be easiser to go down the report path.
