Training course for managers

Hi,

 

Not sure if this is right place. But looking to train up my technician on guide to becoming manager, some basic videos that helps him become a manager in year or 2. Any good youtube/udemy/linkedin videos you guys would recommend for him to watch?

It's one of those things which you can't teach IMO, you have to do.

 

I've seen managers (mainly at my current gaffe) who go on manager courses and come back worse than before! I've been lucky and worked under good managers (apart from Tesco) and all of those didn't go on any courses!

Do you mean becoming an IT manager, or managing people?
