chekmate1984 Posted January 27, 2023 Posted January 27, 2023 The school want to know how easy it would be to change display names on M365 outlook to show emails from ' Mr T Hughes', rather than 'Tom Hughes'. Currently using Ruler to sync from sims to office 365 Whats best way to get this changed? Can we just make changes on 365 display Name and hope that Ruler wont over write the changes that we have made?

Just to caveat that when we did this it took at least 24 hours for the changes to show in Office365/Outlook/Teams etc. 2
