Delegated Admin Access - Office 365

Hi all,

 

Currently considering possibilities around delegating admin access within Office 365 and would love to know what is possible. Is it possible to allow one person administrative access to a subset of users (for example a certain subdomain). If not how are large MATs, particularly those with multiple secondary schools, managing this. Do all of your support team have access to the platform as a whole?

Yes. Administrative Units (AU) is what you'll want in general. There is also finely grained stuff in Exchange if required.
