We wish to appoint a committed, highly skilled and forward-thinking Senior IT Technician to work within the ICT Support Team, alongside the IT Network Manager and two additional technicians.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a school which has, for many years, held an enviable position at the forefront of digital technologies. We are a Microsoft Showcase School and recently fulfilled the role of Department for Education EdTech Demonstrator School, mentoring over 200 schools in their use of technology to support teaching and learning.

The successful candidate will be a well organised,proactive and enthusiastic person who is approachable and possesses a calm professional manner. The ability to communicate effectively with both pupils and staff is a pre-requisite of the role, as is initiative and the flexibility to work independently or as part of our dynamic team to respond to a wide range of queries and requests.

With support from the IT Network Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the ICT Support Team,addressing any technical issues which may arise. This will include maintaining the school’s one-to-one device scheme utilising the Microsoft 365 platform.
