"Inbox full" error sending emails

Wonder if any one can help me with this. I have a lecturer using a MAC with OSx.5 with Entourage - although her inbox is not full, When she sends an email it throws up an error saying that the reciepents inbox is full (which is not the case) and this happens to anyone she trys to send mail to. My colleague who normally deals with the macs is away this week and the lecturer is one demanding woman. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Edited July 4, 2008 by MkII

Maybe its saving a copy of her 'sent' mail somewhere which is full (ie, she may still be _a_ recipient).
