OWA - SEND button location - update?

I have access to two emails accounts within O365.

 

When I reply to emails in each, the layout looks different but I can't work out why - one has the extra SEND toolbar thingy at the bottom.

 

Anyone know why or how?

The second one appears to give you different options of 'From' addresses?

 

I would guess that they've put the SEND button up top, next to the 'From' email address field, so you have visibility when you press SEND, who you're sending as.
