[sims] SIMS Connected and Edulink - Sync Failing

Hi all,

 

Is anyone using SIMS Connected with Edulink?

We are having issues getting the sync to run successfully. It looks as though the connection to the SIMS DB is dropping out and causing the sync to fail, but ESS seem to think it's an Edulink issue.....

It's now getting to the point of being quite annoying, as timetables etc in Edulink are not updating.

 

Is anyone else having issues with it?

It only seems to have started happening within the past few months.

I don't know about that but FYI after sims updates we usually have to restart the sims server as something seems to drop between sims and edulink every time. So maybe try that!
