Struggling to get NHS Attend Anywhere to work in school

There is very little support for the solution - doesn't seem to be anyone to contact

 

Not even sure what it's checking as no software seems to be downloaded or running...

 

Any ideas?

Packet capture instantly for me, with video its usually STUN/TURN and UDP traffic, but I haven't got the software to test here personally.
