EssentialRug Posted November 3, 2022 Posted November 3, 2022 (edited) Hi there, The entire week I've been having an issue accessing any of the configuration profile blades in Endpoint Manager. I've submitted a support request to Microsoft and whilst they are still looking into it, they are fairly adamant there are no known issues. I can access every other page in Endpoint Manager fine. There was a known 365 issue resolved recently accessing the security blade, but I can access this fine. Below is a screenshot of the error message I'm seeing. Is/has anyone else had this error? Thanks! Edited November 3, 2022 by EssentialRug
EssentialRug Posted November 4, 2022 Author Posted November 4, 2022 All appears to be working fine now, and below is an update to this from Microsoft: "We have checked internally and found one similar case with the same issue. It looks like there was some ongoing issue in the backend related to this."
jblackburnHWGA Posted November 18, 2022 Posted November 18, 2022 I had the same issue at the same time Maybe i was the similar case. Had to log it with MS who messed about for a few days and finally got it resolved 1
mrnoisy Posted November 18, 2022 Posted November 18, 2022 I reported this to MS on the 1st November, I was told that it was only effecting some education customers, I had to jump through a few hoops first with first line, changing browsers etc all the infuriating stuff 🤷♂️ Once it went to intune Team it took a few days to sort with the time difference, the case was open for 8 days. strange issue I’ve not seen before good job I have policy backups just encase, I wouldn’t like to re write them any time soon. 1

Very infuriating when you're seeing the issue but Microsoft say 'Sorry, no issue here!'. Can I ask how you are doing your policy backups?

Think it was from this https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-intune/how-to-create-a-backup-of-your-microsoft-endpoint-manager-intune/m-p/2990308 1
jblackburnHWGA Posted November 21, 2022 Posted November 21, 2022 Thanks mrnoisy, i didn't really think i needed to create a backup for the profiles but considering how long it takes to get things to get resolved from MS it sounds like a sound plan
