pjhunt Posted October 12, 2022 Posted October 12, 2022 Hi All, We are moving to be a fully Azure cloud based network, but I'm seeing inconsistent results in auto pilot/intune mostly around the app installs, does anyone have any go to tweaks? I have already set the ESP to time out after 120mins seemed acceptable and also only install office and sophos during the esp, if anyone has any other tweaks to share that would be great
allers61 Posted October 12, 2022 Posted October 12, 2022 Are your app issues occurring in the device or user phase? We disabled the user phase in Autopilot which helped a lot.
pjhunt Posted October 13, 2022 Author Posted October 13, 2022 It's on the device setup phase unfortunately, tempted to do no apps on the ESP at this stage Have two machines now stuck on working on it
psydii Posted October 13, 2022 Posted October 13, 2022 Did you set them up 'white glove' a few years ago? You will have to delete them from intune/aad/autopiloy and re-import them. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/autopilot/pre-provision https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/autopilot/known-issues Also the DNS records for device enrollment have changed at some (?recently) https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/enrollment/windows-enroll
