[sims] Adding certain absence code/comment to multiple pupils

When going to add a certain absence code and comment to a group of pupils that aren’t an entire class/year i’m having to do each pupil manually.

 

Is there a way of bulk adding absence codes? Or am i just going to have to do the same way as i always have?

 

Apologies if this is me being dull and missing something!

Not in front of it now but if you do it in edit marks screen, eg looking at a year group, can’t you hold down the control button and click the various students you want to add a code too? So a bunch of them are highlighted.
