[sims] CAPITA SIMs Attendance for Last Year and Current

I would be really grateful if you could point me in the right direction!!

 

I want to create a report on SIMs with the attendance % for last year and the current attendance. I can't see how to get last years!

To get last years you'll need to include all the individual marks in that date range and then work with them in excel using formulas, pivot tables or such. There used to be pre-built reports in the Capita Support portal but not sure if they are still there.
