Is anyone using this functionality? If so, is there a way to set the pupil's passwords to something a bit more users friendly?

Can you use Google or Microsoft* SSO?

*Microsoft Office 365 SSO might not be available to all yet, we got it for testing so not sure when / if it's launched.

Didn't notice anything like that when I poked around, so probably not! Not that we have either set up yet as it's a primary so pretty much their only needed log on is to the Chromebooks.

Hello! Libresoft here, apologies for not noticing this post before now!

To confirm, user passwords can be changed (individually or in bulk) via the Users>Change User Passwords option. There are password requirements which need to be met - these do vary by by the user type.

Alternatively, both Google SSO and Microsoft SSO is available as a login option, there is no charge for either of these.
