Kernelbase Fault

Got a few machines here that notification bar wasn't working, others with same problem but also affecting Search and others affecting Start Menu as well? It's all random but all error's pointing to faulting module name : kernelbase.dll, Event ID 1000, tried to copy a new kernelbase over but will not allow me to, tried SFC, tried fixing apps not working troubleshooting. Was told this command fixes notifications -

 

"Get-AppxPackage | % { Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppxManifest.xml" -verbose }"

 

Tried it on mine as notifications wasn't working, now all 3 don't work and I basically don't have much hair left! Support say, fresh install

 

I have attached the event viewerSearch & Notificatins Error.7z log. Any help will be gratefully received.
