youtube subtitles not working, RM filter??

Wondering if there is something in the RM SWGFL filtering that might stop subtitles working?

Specifically looking at the timedtext part, if you decrypt YouTube are you being very specific. Unsure how RM works, but thats the URL of a random PC build video, and appears when I hit the 'cc' subtitle button.
