Does anyone know of any free data recovery software so i can retreive data from a USB Pen drive?

ive tried a couple of these but dont seem to work. The problem is the USB Drive askes to be formatted when you insert it and Theres definatly data on there (supposedly!)

Does a good job for smaller devices like memory sticks, wouldn't recommend it for Hard Drives though.

I have always used "Get Data Back" you can do a FAT independent recovery and its always worked for me.

You can download the free trial off the website, and although it doesnt let you do full disk recovery in free mode, you can recover file by file, which is ideal if its only a couple of files on a usb pendrive you need

I'd also reccomend 'Recuva' or 'Get Data Back', but if neither of these work you can download free trials of DiskInternals recovery software that is also quite good:

I have also need to retrieve or restore pen drive data which is lost or missing by own mistake, so please any one help me and gives me right suggestion to overcome this issue.....
