pablo007 Posted July 29, 2022 Posted July 29, 2022 Hello all, can anyone help, despite my best google fu i cannot come to a conclusive answer and its driving me mad.. I have HP ProLiant DL360 Gen10 on esxi 6.7 EP 24 19997733 and would like to know what i can upgrade to, i know that the next leap is into version 7 something or other but cannot find the definitive answer nor the iso on the HP website, if there is any vmware gurus about please could you help me? thanks as always in advance.
Davit2005 Posted July 29, 2022 Posted July 29, 2022 (edited) Have a look on the VMWare compatibility matrix I should imagine v7 should be fine on a Gen 10 but check first, make sure you do not need to do a interim step. Do you use vCenter and have you got that on a different host. Normally the thing to do would be upgrade vcenter then upgrade the hosts using vcenter. I've done that a few times. You could try giving HP a ring. 1
