KS4 Assessment analysis in Excel - Looking for advice on efficient methods

Hi all,

For those that have seen my name and irritating posts pop up, you'll recognise that I'm very green when it comes to SIMS.

I've recently been asked to complete the following table for classes, year groups etc:

My thinking, is to export information into power query and just run formulas to complete the table.

I wondered if SIMS has methods that make this quicker?

Thanks so much for your time and help.

You can create a Group Analysis in Assessment Manager. This can be run to show outcomes as numbers or percentages. It shows summary data by any key groups that you have set up.

You will need to read the guidance to set up but, once created, analysis grids can be used over and over.
