Esu support ends in Dec 22/Jan 23 for Windows 7 and 2008r2 server

You had to buy it in a year by year bundle. So if you wanted to buy it now you would have to buy year 1, 2 and 3

I still use Windows 7. I have tried Windows 10 and to be honest I didn't liked it. I want to try the 11 but not sure since my PC is really slow.

Not in production no.

Even after 7x years, it's still a LONG way off the polish that Windows 7 had IMHO. So much junk, wasted apps, useless telemetry etc. Windows 10 was a "we've got no choice" sort of thing.

In terms of school owned/purchased equipment, no - we're on the latest version of Windows 10. Though we do have some off-domain third party legacy machines running Windows 7, namely the Cunninghams tills and revals, and Inventry's computer.

We have a handful of machines still operating 7. Mainly for particular software linked either to Special School programmes or to drive BMW diagnostic software on my laptop. Obviously, that is a very selfish choice.
