Barclays.net website only via IE

Hi all,

 

Not sure which forum this comes under so have put it in this one.

 

Have schools which use the USB card reader and they have to input a PIN to access the Barclays.Net website. However, Barclays were using Internet Explorer which as we know is now killed off. However, having installed the latest version of the Barclays Gemalto software the website still can only be access via IE and not Chrome or Edge. Anyone else come across this ?

Works with Firefox. There’s a browser extension for it.

It can work in Chrome and Edge. There is a Barclays extension you need.

Newest version of the gemalto software downloaded from barclays supports chromium edge and has the extension we use the same system. We have had to go into manage extensions on a few to ensure it's turned on after install. Edited July 20, 2022 by glen_j
