Design Report - can't show members of more than 1 UDG

In sims I have some staff that belong to more than 1 user defined group (UDG). Whatever I do, I cannot get a report to show the various groups they belong to. Does anyone have a solution? It will only show the 1st group ie alphabetically above others. I understand report filters etc and have tried all combinations. Any ideas

SIMS? if you've only got a few to check you can do a subreport for each UDG (filter each subreport)

 

Bromcom? You're stuck in the same boat as me - I had to do a seperate report to output ALL the UDG memberships (List) and then transform it to a matrix so I could vlookup it into my original staff report.

It has been a long time since I looked at SIMS reports but I have a recollection that you could do a report and then insert a report based on the current record. Would that work? So, staff list, then report on UDG for current member of staff?

 

Sorry very vague, but it is going back a fair few years!

yes sims. Sorry Bob but got over 60 (email) UDGs! So didn't want to do them individually!
