Sophos XG losing connection to Sophos Central

Hey all, strange one...

 

Since updating firmware to SFOS 19.0.0 GA-Build317 every early morning at random times from 1am to about 5am both our firewalls will lose connection to sophos central. I will then get the alert email to tell me. They seem to then connect back ok without the need to do anything.

 

Has anyone else had this since updating? I will raise a ticket with them but would be useful to know if anyone else has this issue. Before the update it was solid as a rock.

We had this last night at 1:06am on our XG430 running SFOS 19.0.0 GA-Build317. Nothing happening here at that time and no power outages (although it's all on UPS anyway). XG dashboard still reporting uptime of 18-days too, so definitely not power related.

We have 100's under management on V19, and we don't see disconnects like you're describing. Are you losing internet connectivity, or just access to Central? Are you running HA (Active-active) or are these firewalls in separate sites? Are you a customer of ours? We can take a look if you raise a support ticket.
