  1. Hey About to ditch our old Mitel... New to unifi, but looking at possible switching and wifi too as well unifi talk. Does unifi hosting allow call recording or do you still need an on site device. Also, say we have 100 handsets, but 10 direct dials purchased, if i ring in one of the numbers can that hit just 1 phone even if others are in that group? I assume phones need to be linked to the DDI to allow external calling? And finally where do you get your kit from? if not it will probably be 3CX ... Cheers!

  4. Hey all, strange one... Since updating firmware to SFOS 19.0.0 GA-Build317 every early morning at random times from 1am to about 5am both our firewalls will lose connection to sophos central. I will then get the alert email to tell me. They seem to then connect back ok without the need to do anything. Has anyone else had this since updating? I will raise a ticket with them but would be useful to know if anyone else has this issue. Before the update it was solid as a rock. Cheers
