Lightspeed Filter - Sync Users

Hi

 

We are testing Lightspeed filter and have setup the sync of users from AD to filter but the users dont appear straight away and seems to take 24 hours. Does anyone else have this issue? If so how can i force the sync so users appear straight after?

We use Google sync, and sync runs overnight with Lightspeed Filter. There is a sync now option in Settings > User & Group Management > SIS for us, but I don't know if that is also the case with AD.

Hi,

 

We have been trialling Lightspeed filter for some time now, and have had to work with their development to make changes to the AD sync as we could not get it work with our multi domain environment.
