InVentry Anywhere

Hi, we are using InVentry for Staff / Visitor Management which links to SIMS for pupil data.

 

We are then using the InVentry Anywhere APP for fire evacuations. But this is hit and miss and we get the error "oops something went wrong"

 

InVentry keep saying they are looking into it but this has been on going for weeks now and the school are getting annoyed.

 

Does anyone else use this and does it work ok?

We have had this before, for us it was the InVentry Anywhere app code on the InVentry computer was not matched up with the code in their system. Took us two times to get it fixed with them. Now ours works fine now.
