BenQ RM6503 wifi dongle not working

Hey all

I just taken possession of a nice new BenQ RM6503 and plug the WIFI dongle into its required usb slot behind a little cover, and low and behold, no WIFI, it's all grey out. The WIFI dongle is a BenQ dongle, I think the part number is WD02U. Screen is working just fine, just the WIFI dongle is not working. The bluetooth comes and goes when I unplug and plug the dongle in. Anyone else had WIFI problems with a BenQ dongle or has any ideas how to fix the situation? Can't use ethernet as its on a trolly.

Can you please confirm which Wi-Fi dongle you have for the RP8602? Feel free to drop me a DM.

I can´t say. We got i from out local Dealer. Everything work fine for 2 Years. Than we had to dismantle the device to rebuild the room. After reinstallation the device is not working. We received a new dongle today, but have the same issue. Tryed different USB-Ports, reseted the TV, without success.
