donkeymusic Posted May 17, 2022 Posted May 17, 2022 (edited) Afternoon, I am attempting to tidy up our desktops for our new Windows 11 build and just having a few issues with policies that I wondered if anyone could assist with? The first issue is that we have some installed apps from our SCCM build and these icons appear on the desktop, I would like to hide these, and I'm sure we used to be able to do so but can't find a policy that would allow this. Any help is much appreciated, thank you Are they in the public user profile desktop folder? Can you just script an on-logon or on-startup deletion of eveything in that folder?
donkeymusic Posted May 18, 2022 Author Posted May 18, 2022 Thanks for the reply. I managed to use a delete shortcut policy to remove those that we don't need, so that issue has been resolved.
