We are keen to hear from candidates either at a level of senior ICT technician looking for their next ‘step up’ – or maybe you are a Network Manager looking for your next challenge.

This really is a role where no two days are alike – based in a vibrant atmosphere along with access to an IT team to assist you, whilst reporting into the Director of IT. Among your responsibilities will be overseeing the school’s network infrastructure and servers – whilst using your know-how to ensure all Office 365 issues are dealt with effectively

Responsibilities

 

• Ensure project plans are delivered on time and to a high technical standard.
  
• Manage the network and all IT assets on a daily basis.
  
• Hold responsibility for the inventory of all ICT equipment, manage the repair, replacement and upgrading of this equipment accordingly.
  
• Maintain and install SIMS applications system, associated hardware, software, servers, security and backup.
  
• Ensure the anti-virus and security software is installed, kept up to date and working properly on all stations.
  
• In consultation with senior staff, contribute towards the planning and development across the school to meet future ICT needs
  
• Installing and configuring computer hardware and software and managing projects
