Attendance 7

 

My Attendance lady has asked me how to do reports on Attendance 7. Does she run the reports through the Attendance 6 as that’s still functional?

 

Or will that be faded out and just use 7??

With Attendance 7 installed the associated reports appear in the Reports menu. There is a separate sub-menu for Attendance. Most of the reports that were in Attendance 6 are available here, although the interface is slightly different.

There is no reason why you cannot continue to use the Attendance 6 reports but in update comiing to you soon its my understanding the link to Attendance 6 in the shortcuts bar will vanish, so probably as well for her to get used to the new ones.

don't seem to have any options to run attendance reports. im guessing this is a permissions issue?

You probably have to be attendance coordinator or whatever the title is.

Only appear once the May release is installed. They print the same info. as Attednacne 6 but rather more neatly, I think.
