SCCM Updates and Servicing Blank

Apologies if I've not found an existing thread.

 

I've recently setup an SCCM server that is running 2103. I need to get it updated to 2111, however Updates and Servicing has no content. I run Check for Updates and I get nothing. Am I missing an obvious setting somewhere?
