PowerEdge R740XD Cable Management Arms

My google-foo is letting me down,

 

Trying to track down a CMA for our new R740XD servers, only reasonably priced one I've found so far is on American ebay! https://www.ebay.com/itm/192858641641

 

I see Bargain Hardware has a reasonably priced one, just shame its not for this model

 

Anyone know where i can locate a couple?

Do you know what code they are?

 

We got some new Dell servers in last year and can’t stand the CMAs so they’re still be sitting in their boxes somewhere but not sure if the 640 & 740 standard version would be the same as the XD type

We have some R720 CMA from the ones we pulled out, unless i'm being thick they don't seem to fit!

0YF1JW Is the same code we have for 740s one from last year so either the XD is different or it may be you

Just checked again, The ones we had for R720 defo dont fit on the rails we have for the R740XD. The XD has a bit of metal that sticks out on the inside. From the photos of the CMA kit for it seems to have a bit cut out for it. Which the CMAs we have dont.

Have you got a picture of the one with the cutout, can open up the boxes we got and check it tomorrow, no harm done if not

Ok was partly me being thick, the servers we pulled out were R710s not R720s.

 

The R720 we still have in use CMA does have a notch in the clip, the ones i pulled off the R710s does not.

TLDR: A R720 one should fit the R740XDs ones from R710s do not
