Smoothwall - Cloud Filter Outside Premises Location

Following this guide - Applying different policies to Cloud Filter users when offsite – Knowledge Base (smoothwall.com) and I just cant get it to work on iPads.

 

It just hits my very final catch all everyone everywhere category. Anyone managed to get this working?

Once you have created the config options on the Smoothwall, make sure you logout of the admin interface and leave it logged out for about 10 minutes, to make sure the config is transferred to the cloud instance and then to the clients. As long as there is someone logged into the admin UI, the config wont be replicated.

I did that, infact it was set months ago. Does the Outside Premises location have to be in Speech Marks or without?

Sometimes I've seen issues if the STUN port is blocked on your firewall - that can stop the filter finding your external IP

Thank you, checked and tried that still no joy. Just always hits the 'default User' rule rather than the one for Outside Premises which is higher.
