Wonde Magic Badge issue

Hi All,

 

After HT our chrome books started having issues with magic badges on student WIFI with deep packet inspection on. It gets to the QR code part where you hold your code up but just doesn't progress. I can't see anything getting blocked so I am at a loss.

Works fine on staff WIFI which doesn't have DPI but I've allow-listed every address provided by Wonde. I've also added them to the DPI exemption list on Fortinet.

 

If anyone has been having similar issues or has any advice I would certainly appreciate it.
