It's our main internet line and unfortunately we have no backup line

 

Whilst I get this sorted, can anyone recommend a mobile data router i can get as an interim solution ?

Looks as though he nearly took out a few other services too? Could it have been avoided with better checks? As for mobile data routers, what's your 4G like? Could VM provide you something at short notice? If not, hopefully someone will be along shortly if not to make a suggestion.

Contact your ISP and ask them if they have one you could borrow as when something similar happened to one of our sites our ISP kindly sent out a 4G dongle for the key staff to use free of charge

I'd imagine calling a company that deals with fibre out to repair it would be quicker.
