Service Login Failed - Classroom mode

Hi

 

I was asked to install Minecraft Education Edition and Classroom mode. MEE works but when we try and login to Classroom mode the attached dialogue appears.

 

I have tried uninstalling MEE and Classroom mode and I have checked that the same version of MEE is installed everywhere.

 

Just wondered if anyone else has experienced this?

How old is the version you deployed? They did an update on December that broke old versions

 

Is it 1.81 orhigher?

Thanks for the info, I have only recently installed MEE and Classroom mode. MEE is the latest version 1.17.32.00 and Classroom mode is version 1.81.

 

MEE seems to work fine, but we cannot login at all to Classroom mode as a dialogue box appears stating that ‘Service login failed’

 

Don’t suppose that you can suggest anything else to check?

I don’t suppose anyone else has experienced this issue, where we are unable to login to Classroom mode? Every time that we try to login to Classroom mode we get a dialogue box stating ‘Service login failed’. We are running the latest version of Minecraft Education Edition and Classroom mode. Minecraft seems to work ok but Classroom mode doesn’t!
