Hi

I would like to be able to copy the meeting in a calendar of a shared mailbox to a user mailbox. Why I want to do this is user could have appointment in the shared mailbox and the personal calendar but when viewing their calendar these will not show.

Thanks

Andrew

In Outlook desktop app, you can put the shared calendar and the users one in side-by-side view and drag appointments across to copy from one to the other, or use ctrl-C/ctrl-V to copy them. In Google calendars, under options (the ⋮ icon) there a "Copy to Joe Bloggs" option. Edited by Rob_D

Actually, in the Outlook desktop App, select both calendars, then right click one and select "overlay" They will then both appear in the same view.

As suggested above, you can either view both calendars at the same time, or copy and paste from the shared calendar into your own.

We use a shared calendar that staff can view, so things like school holidays, exams, and other events can be seen in conjunction with a users own calendar (saves scheduling a meeting in half term when the other person won't be in)

However any actual "meetings" are only ever sent to the staff's own account, be it a Teams meeting or just normal meeting to say "go to office X" type thing
