BBC website images through Smoothwall issue

I thought there was a Smoothwall Direct Support forum page here but cannot find it so I am putting this question here.

 

Since yesterday we have found that the BBC website will not show images when clicking into any article. We just get a grey placeholder where the image should be. If I put the PC in exceptions then the images load fine.

I have raised a ticket with Smoothwall but just wondered if anyone else using Smoothwall could test this out? We are on Leeds 55.

Most likely some content delivery services are being blocked - either due to https issues or by way of a specific policy. Try to take a look at the reports - realtime - webfilter when you access the article. Add your IP and the word 'denied' in the category field to see exacly what's being blocked and which policy causes it.

@ibpalle - It's weird but doing that we get the following in the web filter report

We have a similar but the first set of images load fine but scroll down a bit and they don't load.

So apparently the link matches our online games category - what url are we looking at? The main one, not the specific that is shown in the block message.

My ticket got a response from one of your colleagues and I was told to allow bbci.co.uk and this did the trick.
