L_Smith Posted February 7, 2022 Posted February 7, 2022 Hello! I am looking for some guidance on the WebDav Navigator app for iPads. IIS is set up on a server running Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard and the version of IIS is 6.1. The issue I am having is that I cannot browse the server from the iPad. I have checked and double checked all the IIS settings and from what I can see it is set up correctly. I can access the site through a web page when logging on to it from the server and using the Active Directory credentials set up specifically for the WebDav app. I can also do the same from one of the other servers using the same method, however, when I try to access it from an iPad (or any device not on the domain) using the same details, I get a 403 error, which I am aware points to credentials or permissions but as far as I can tell, everything is as it should be. I really hope someone will be able to help with this or have had this issue before and been able to resolve it. Thanks Lewis

Guest Guest Posted February 23, 2022 Posted February 23, 2022 This could be due to IIS being on Server 2008R2. If the iPads are newer than the server op then it could be just a compatibility issue. Upgrade to 2019 if you can.
