Good morning all,

 

I'm pleased to announce I am recruiting a 1st line support ICT Technician to resolve the day-to-day technical issues of teachers, staff and pupils in rural Petersfield, approximately 10 miles north of Portsmouth & 25 miles south of Guildford in Hampshire.

 

You will be primarily responsible for installing and maintaining PCs, laptops, Apple Macbooks & iMacs, printers, photocopiers, audio/visual systems, telephones, mobile phones, tablets and other hardware. Additionally you will be responsible for installing software, account management and maintaining accurate ICT documentation.

 

As the successful candidate you will have 1-2 years experience of performing a similar role, excellent customer service skills, good written/verbal communication and a desire to continuously learn and improve. An attention to detail in everything you do and caring passionately about your work will set you above the rest.
