37 hours per week, all year round, permanent post

The Priory Learning Trust is looking to recruit an experienced 2nd Line IT Technician to join the Central IT Team supporting 8 schools and based at Priory Community School – An Academy.

What you will do:

Under the direction of the Network Manager, you will:

 

• assist with the smooth running of Windows, Apple and Google devices
  
• assist with network infrastructure
  
• resolve technical issues for students and staff
  

The successful candidate will:

 

• be an excellent team player
  
• have a passion for IT and customer service
  
• have an excellent understanding of modern Operating Systems, Software and Hardware
  
• be able to deal with repairs and warranties
  
• have a valid driver’s licence and a car
  
• have at least 2 years’ experience in a busy, customer focused IT environment
  
• BTEC National Diploma (Level 3) in an IT related subject and/or Microsoft Certifications
  
• Good literacy and numeracy skills which include GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English, IT or equivalent
