ICT Technician - Stansted, Essex - £20,324 – £25,117 - Closes 31/01/2022

BMAT are looking to recruit an IT Technician to support a secondary and primary school in Stansted, Essex. Working 37 hours per week on a full time contract with a friendly and supportive service team.

 

Primarily responsibilities for the role:

 

· Providing technical support to all Trust users and stakeholders, with the emphasis on first & second-line desktop support

· Making sure all calls are logged in the ticketing system and SLAs are met

· Providing excellent, proactive and approachable IT service to staff and students

· Keeping IT documentation up to date

· Contacting vendors for support and to progress projects

· Helping procure and install new IT software and hardware

· Supporting the development of IT support services across the Trust

· Adhere to BMAT IT Services’ policies, processes and procedures

· Being alert to risks to the continuity and security of the IT service and systems and taking immediate action to prevent or remediate data loss and/or security breaches.
