IT Technician - Crawley/Selsdon/Kenley - £28-30K Full time

IT Technician required immediately to work in our 5 primary schools in Crawley and Selsdon/Kenley.

 

You will be providing face to face & remote support to staff and students at all levels, acting as the first response technician - responding via IT Helpdesk tickets, phone calls and in-person requests. You will be part of the IT Systems Team, reporting to the Director of IT, providing in-house technical support & systems across a MAT with 5 primaries & 2 secondaries. The Collegiate Trust operates a Microsoft Windows environment with industry standard management tools and frequent use of cloud systems including Office 365 and Google Suite.

 

This is a full time position, 36 hours a week, 52 weeks a year. You will be expected to generally report to 1 or 2 schools a day. This will either be in Crawley or Selsdon/Kenley on a rotating basis. Travel between Crawley/South Croydon regions on the same day is only in exceptional circumstances. It is highly desirable that candidates will have a full UK driving licence and their own vehicle. A mileage allowance can be claimed when travelling between sites on the same day.

 

Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams. Candidates may progress to an online technical assessment.
