Contract: Permanent - fulltime at 37 hours per week, 52 week per year

Salary: Between £28,000 - £32,000 per annum plus excellent benefits

Location: Home based, with the potential to work up to 2 days in the Head Office – Stevenage, if desired

 

Join our enthusiastic and dedicated Data Management Services team as a MIS Support Specialist (Secondary)

In this role you will be:

 

• supporting schools in their use of MIS
  
• supporting the development of team strategy to ensure the team offers a comprehensive, timely and high-quality range of support, training, consultancy and user groups
  
• supported with continuous professional development to ensure you have a good understanding of the specific requirements of the MIS solutions we support.
  

Previous experience of school MIS systems (such as Arbor, ScholarPack or SIMS) is essential, with Bromcom experience an advantage. We are particularly looking for candidates familiar with secondary school functionality. Service desk experience of providing software support to customers would also be an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

 

The team are currently working remotely due to Covid-19, however following this following this you will have the opportunity to work in the office for a maximum of 2 days per week, if desired. As there is a permanent home working element to this role, you will need to ensure you are equipped for home working.
